[Vwdiesel] 1.6 stuff on a 1.9 engine

The head isn't taller, the block is.  The injectors are also (being
two-stage) but the 1.6 injectors should work fine.  I don't know that the
1.6 lines will fit.

You SHOULD get a real TD pump with the aneroid on top.  I would actually
prefer the 1.6TD pump over the 1.9 version.
