[Vwdiesel] '84 Quantum: wiper linkage adrift again

The splined post on the car is hard steel and the wiper arm end is soft 
aluminum.  Take the arm completely off of the car and clean the post with a 
small screwdriver or awl.  Scrape-out all of the aluminum from the splines 
on the post.  When you put the arm back on the clean post, it will bite into 
the arm and stay where you want it.  Do it with the hood open.
