[Vwdiesel] HELP - WHEEL FELL OFF !!!

dunno, not I don't think so.
The devcon product I have in mind is a stick putty, 2 part epoxy.
Cut off how much you want, knead it well, (wearing nitrile gloves 
preferrably, or having isopropal alcohol handy to wash off immediately). 
  It starts to feel hot, knead it into place, wet finger to smooth with 
isopropal.  If you prepped the area, it's there for good.
Metal magic is another one that comes to mind.

Metal filled epoxy products have come a long way, they are like welding 
(almost)
