[Vwdiesel] 93 VW Eurovan IP problems ??

UPDATE:

now have good 12.5v TO GP power bus
(did NOT get to clean and rewire GPs yet, or test individually, so  
there may be voltage drop or failure between/among GPs)

but seeing another issue:

(again, I run my Eurovan on waste veggie oil that gets purged with  
pure diesel on shut down)

glass inline final filter (I use to check color/quality of fuel)  
never seems to clear (DSL) anymore
even running DSL in purge mode for 3-5 min this AM, sight glass never  
cleared beyond 'blend' color
very yellow
usually after purge it is close to clear DSL color

this suggests 2 possibilities to me:

A) DSL tank is contaminated w/ VO

only 2 problems with this:
1. DSL return normally gets looped into VO line, and is configured  
that way now and has been for months
so no fuel should be getting back to DSL tank at all
2. I just filled up on DSL
fresh tank from almost empty
so even if there was VO in there, it would be mostly diluted, maybe  
5% - almost clear

or

B) Pollack fuel switching valve is leaking
letting VO in when on DSL, and DSL in when on VO
I have suspected this before
(anyone ever observed this cross-blending in a Pollack before ??)

I don't know what else it could be

but this would account for hard starting/rough running in AM
(cold VO leaking into DSL through Pollak)
especially if combined w/ low voltage at GPs

thoughts?
