[Vwdiesel] IP Pumps

Something else to consider,

Is verifying the return line is not clogged. There is an orifice in the
banjo bolt that is pretty small. Make sure it is not plugged, and also
take off the fuel cap and blow compressed air into the return line to
blow through any debris.
