Well, that is not a simple answer that I had hoped
for.  Another person posted to just rev. the motor and
see if that blows it through.

Fuel filter is new 2K ago on this setup.  All fuel
lines were blown out before van was put back together,
but surely some dirt could have gottin in there.

Water and Rust particals do not sound likely and that
would really suck.  Since I have gotten to motor
running again, this has happend 3 times in about 2,000
miles and 3 months of moderate driving.
Still wondering why stopping the motor clears it up
and it does not happen again for a long time?
As always in my case, no easy fix here, but I will
shut the motor down as soon as it happens, as I have
been doing.  Again, it has not ever happened under
load on the highway, only while coasting to a stop.


Well, I will keep this as food for thought.
