A remedy for the stinking injector, replace them.....
Just spoke with Part Place, they have no more of the
028 130 010 1.9na injectors I got from them years ago.

They suggested to replace them all with the extra set
of known GOOD 1.6TD 155 bar injectors I have from a
1.6TD A2 Jetta project car.


So, 1.9NA motor, 1.6na pump, 1.6td 155 bar injectors..


Does this FLY with everyone?  So a 1.6na pump has no
problem producing 155bar of pressure to fire the
injectors, it would have to take a hair longer for
them to fire, changing the timing a bit....NO?
I guess you only need the 1.6TD pump for the Aneroid
and extra fueling then.
