Unless you are somewhere like Miami or LA, then the answer is NO. I don't
know what kind of biodiesel you are using. But if it is soy based B99,
it will start to have cold weather problems around 32 degrees (F). If you are
using biodiesel made from tallow or palm oil for example, I think the problems
start when the temperatures get around 50 degrees (F). I don't know
the details for rapeseed.
I live in Iowa. Here, I run B100 until November 1. And then cut back
to B60. Starting December 1, I cut back to B20. I've found that I
can get through the winter with B20.
