To add to this, no they aren't relayed from the factory. One thing I forgot
to mention in my original was to relay all the lights, not just the
headlights. If you notice, a lot of people have problems with the taillights
going out while the headlights are on. This is a marker light current
problem, not the headlights. I usually do the fronts together, the rears
together, and run the instrument lights off the fronts. You could run right
and left like the factory as well, but I don't think it's worth the extra
time. Also, make sure you fuse any additional runs right off the battery. To
be able to hook up the extra wiring, I use one side of a Ford starter
soloniod, but you could also buy a seperate terminal block. I guess I've
just never spent the time to search for one.
