[Vwdiesel] Fueling screw

I gave a lot of thought about that prior to actually doing it. I will
say I haven't really noticed any decrease in performance at all, in
fact it seems to run a bit better, on my way to rochester over the
weekend, there were only a couple hills I had to drop a gear on, other
than that it was cruising at 70mph the whole way, with a bit better
mileage from what I can tell, of course all this may change when I run
a can of lubro moly through it this week. I have no idea if the PO that
had the car messed with the screw, except for the fact the lock collar
was free, and it did smoke like that ever since I've had it.
