[Vwdiesel] Fueling screw

  Basically.  That's why I always called it the maximum fueling 
screw.  It does raise the fueling across the board, causing a 
need to drop or raise the idle (and top rpm but we usually don't 
mess with that) but the big noticeable affect is that it's like your 
accelerator pedal moves a little farther only it actually does it 
within the same distance.
  Sometimes the need for more fueling is simply a need to get 
full pedal travel... remove a wad of car mat from under the pedal, 
replace rotting cable-to-pedal grommet/bushing, adjust cable 
slack.
