[Vwdiesel] Coolant tank swap options for 82 Diesel tank and hoses

I used the '86 up tank, as this is what I had, but I believe the '83-85 tank is a better fit 
requiring minimal adjustment of hoses sizes. Making a mounting system is the most 
challenging part  - I welded a frame from 3/4" angle iron bolted to the fender well, since I 
don't have a battery box in my '88. In the '82 I had, I adapted the existing tank mount to fit the 
'86+ tank, but later found out the 83-85 tank has more suitable hose fittings. Lots of 
discussion on this topic on the DV yahoo list.
