Well, if it is 70 KM per liter, that looks like 164.27 MPG, if my math is correct. This looks quite impressive for something that is a motorcycle, not a motor scooter. I doubt a motor scooter could come close. I wonder what MPG the old Wizzer motorbikes got?

Looks like I should check out the junk yards for the clips, when I get time. Not a high priority yet.
