[Vwdiesel] Head Cracked between valves...Seeking Advice

If coolant is not being pushed out of  the system then those cracks do not 
mean anything. They are common, superficial and a normal quirk of VW. Even 
if you are loosing coolant it may still be the gasket failing only.
Oil in the coolant can be either the oil/heat exchanger by the oil filter 
failing or simply the gasket failing next to the oil supply to the head.
Do not relinquish the head :o)
