[Vwdiesel] Any tips for fused/rusted strut bolt?

  If this is the two main, lower strut bolts, aren't they a through 
bolt with a nut?  A little penetrant and wailing on it with a bolt 
sized punch and a big hammer should drive out the remainder. 
Since the head's broken off then it should drive out with the 
nut, other washer and shaft of the bolt.  Might help to pop the 
washer on that side off.
