[Vwdiesel] Exhausting!!

Tried a few more vendors and found one.  Won't count my chickens before the
egg breaks, but should be on it's way here.

The exhaust manifold on my diesel Vanagon is rusted through and leaking
where all the cylinder exhaust comes together - a few different places at
that junction.  No luck so far finding a replacement... (various parts
vendors, dealer).

I would think that the manifold is different than the one on the Rabbit, for
clearing the engine mount on that side, but I don't have a Rabbit here for
comparison.

Any other suggestions where to look? Options?
