[Vwdiesel] sparks out the tailpipe

This reminds me of my old beetle.  

I had put some aftermarket muffler on it, and never
got it to seal quite right.

Well, old aircooled VWs run just a bit rich, which
helps cool the engine.

What would happen is when I let off the throttle, that
bit of gas in the hot exhaust would get a bit of air
from the leaky muffler connections and light off a
spark!

It was always a good way to get a tailgater to back
off!  LOL
