[Vwdiesel] Passet snow wheels in WA???

Check out eBay. 
My 2001 Ford Focus came with 16" alloy wheels which were included in the "Premium package". Other Focus models had 14" steel wheels or 15" alloys. When I found out the required 205 50 R16s cost $165 each for a set of Michelins, I started looking for a set OEM 15" alloys & bought two sets of 4 15" alloys for around $100 each on eBay. I also bought a few spare OEM cassette radios for the Focus for around $25 when I found repairs to the existing radio would be $125. There are plenty available as kids like to up-grade their radios & wheels. It might work for sourcing  VW parts that are too expensive in junk yards, if someone at this site can't help.
Also, before buying optional low profile wheels or buying a car with fancy optional alloys, price the cost of replacement tires first. The 195 55 R 15 Michelins for my Focus cost less than $100 each, & I have a much wider number of tires to choose from.
