[Vwdiesel] a/c compressor body failed

  A lot of time a couple big washers and maybe a spacer 
properly placed can suffice for the broken ears.  If not 
then once you buy the seal kit and transfer the guts, 
you're probably better off to replace the compressor 
instead.  :-(
  A/C stuff is almost as tricky as a diesel injector, to 
get to seal up and it HAS to be leak free.
