[Vwdiesel] Drop in Question....

Hello,
 
    My name is Dustin and i have a 82 rabbit body with an 1.5 diesel motor from the earlier era  (77-80) I think the engine code is ck. the tranny is a four speed and im not sure if it was replaced at the same time as the motor..
 
I found a 1.6 out of a 81 rabbit for sale and was hoping it would drop right in.. maybe somebody has a deffinate answer.. the guy selling it said it will.. my dad said it sould..
