[Vwdiesel] Is anyone here running F-100 biodiesel without modifyingthe car?

It depends on if the shop used Viton seals. I'm not familiar with the
seals in the pump. I had my pump completely rebuilt by Superior Injection in
Canada and wondering the same thing. I guess I need to call or e-mail Giles
and ask him. You might be able to ask the place that rebuilt yours and see
if they used viton seals. If they did then your all set. If not then I don't
know how long it will hold up before the B100 weakens them.

Thanks so much for the advice and the biodiesel link.

I don't know why I typed "F-100" instead of B100..
..must have been tired, as I had a long day.

The fuel filter and the fuel line issues are important
things to consider.

BTW: My friend get the veggie oil from WalMart for
free.
He says it is very clean for used veggie oil, , and he
figures it is what they use to fry chicken sold in the
grocery/deli section, since his exhaust smells like
chicken.

One more question:

Due to the fuel system cleaning properties of B100,
do you think the seals in my recently-rebuilt injector
pump might be damaged in any way?

(My pump had developed a hellacious leak, and I paid
for the rebuild...I would not attempt it myself..cost
about 325.00.)

Thanks!!
