[Vwdiesel] moderator release

Loren,

A couple of days I send a message with an attachment, which was a 
typical spec for ULSD fuel.  Subsequent to sending it, I received 
a message that the message was being held for moderator release.

Since then, I have not seen the message go out.  

If you can release that message, it may be of interest to the 
community.  If you can't, I can retype parts of the (pdf?) and
resend the whole thing.
