[Vwdiesel] Melting Coolant Out-port

No.
It isn't melting.  It has an o-ring seal to the head, and was probably 
overtightened.  They leak a bit, and instead of changing the o-ring, 
some folks just tighten the hell out of them, causing them to warp and 
look melted.
No metal replacement that I know of.
Not terribly expensive to replace IIRC.
