Yes, that is what the tach has in it.  I added a shot
of it to the webshots page with the VW parts for sale.

I think the fairest option would be for me to take
"bids" for it and just sell it to the one who offers
the most.

I also do have pigtails for it in case your wiring
harness is different and you need to splice.
