You are in fact the one who removes yourself from the list if so desired.
Log onto the list site (url at bottom of each e-mail) and log yourself off.
E-mailing the entire list to do so is pointless, ironic (when juxtaposed
with your complaint) and somewhat rude IMO.  Good luck .
