  Friend that's worked on several (including Dad's which now at 
least will put out SOME warm air under SOME circumstances) 
usually replaces the brain/control/thing in the center dash console 
area.  He's had mostly good luck doing that.  Not quite yet with Dad's.
  $400's not bad if the body and all is good. :-)
