[Vwdiesel] Manually Triggering Glowplugs

To all that responded to my request for help, thanks! You pointed me in the
right direction and its back and purring like a kitten.
There were two parts to this problem:
1. The fusible link was broken for the glow plugs. That will be replaced
tommorrow, for now they are hardwired with a temporary fuse.
2. The pressure in the fuel lines had gone slack, so I disconnected the tank
line and sucked the fuel up to the filter.
And so, at 12:49 AM, I once again turned the key and the diesel poped and
rumbled into life, much to my celebration and the dismay of my neighbhors.
