[Vwdiesel] radiator

  Radiator,  1981 Dasher Diesel with A/C  (this is a brass core radiator)
   
  here are the dimentions as close as I can measure
   
  height from top to bottom approx. 21 inches,  maybe 22 inches at its tallest points (outside measurement) from the top and bottom edge of the tanks.
   
  14 1/2 to (14 3/4) inches wide tank width.
   
  2 1/4 inches thick (tank)
   
  driver side radiator mount by the fender next to the A/C dryer is 
  measured from top of tank to the center of the bolt is approx 10 inches.
   
  I believe the 5-cyl quantum also has the same rad as the Audi's. Yes, an inline, from 1979-1987, in the 4000's.???
   
  except all other pics I find show the radiator longer side to side  not Tall,
   or horizontally mounted
