The Bilstein HD A1 inserts I put in mine were very nice to install.  Came with both internal and 
external top nuts and they are made of a nice heavy machined steel, cad-plated.  Almost too pretty 
to put on, but so much nicer than the crappy stamped steel cap that came off.
