  I have a few scraps of fabric I got from someone that makes 
donut fryer conveyor mats or such out of.  He told me how many 
micron it is but it's actually a filter material that's how it handles 
the heat and grease.  Pretty expensive stuff.  I figured on making 
some sort of filter with some of it.  Next time I'm near them I'll 
have to ask what size it is again.
