I have a brand new set of Interior parts from www.jbugs.com.  Includes Seat
Upholstery in Black Oxen Vinyl PN 43-4002, Door Panels in Black Oxen Vinyl
PN 10-4004 and Carpet Kit in Black Loop PN 34-4039-301.
 
These parts are unused and in original box ready to ship.  I bought these
and decided not to do the project.  $260
