[Vwdiesel] Tensioner Pulley Removal Problem

On one Rabbit I did, I discovered that the stud
actually turned out pretty easily after the nut was
removed.

Then, when I got it out, I discovered that a PO had
put never seize on there to make it easy to remove!

So, what I did was unscrew the stud from the block and
lift both the stud and tensioner out, and reinstall it
the same way.

Once the nut is back on, it'll pull the stud tight
enough that it won't come out.
