[Vwdiesel] Caddy brakes

Does anyone know the part numbers for the flex hoses at the rear axle of the
Caddy? I just blew out one of the steel lines just before the flex hoses.
The connection between the hoses and the steel lines looks really nasty
rusty and the flex hoses look weather checked. I'd like to replace the
connection at both ends of the flex hose as well as the blown out steel
line.
