Nick, is the 10V with the glow plugs running, ie connected? If so, I'd
disconnect them and see what you get. Also, the coolant temp sensor will
just not fire them at all if it's warm enough. If you still have low power,
I'd start checking all the power and grounds for starters, then maybe the
fusebox.
