Yes, Agree with James, take out the 30amp fuse bar
from the holder. Clean it with emery cloth on the
contact points and make sure it is not brittle. Most
likely it has never been touched on your car?
To make sure all wires are snapped into the bottom of
the relay holder, take the relay out, and wiggle all
of the wires in the holder. Make sure they do not pop
out with a little pull because that relay puts a lot
of push on some of them. If the metal snap tab that
holds the female connector in the holder is bent down
the wrong way or missing, make sure to use long pair
of needle nose players to connect that connector when
you put the relay back in the holder.
