I have a set of 4 Blizzak on VW 4bolt steel rims, 5.5J. They are 185-13 with lots of tread. We used these on our Golf Diesel but sold the car.  We were going to use them on our Cabrio but that got totaled by a Ford backing out blindly.  The tires and rims are still in good shape but have not been used for a couple seasons now.  We don't have any vehicle to fit them anymore so I will give them to a Biodiesel user.  Petro diesel & gas users please pay $50.
