  Generally when a head bolt strips out or the block cracks, 
it's toast.  :-(  As easy as they are to crack, it's unlikely there's 
enough meat to consider tapping out to half inch or 12mm, even 
IF it would provide a full, clean thread, which it probably won't.  
  If it's the wrong head then the center oil return hole on the 
pump side, will be larger than the one in the block.  
  With one stripped and two loose, the block is likely cracked 
also.  :-(  You'd be best off looking for another 1.5 block or a 
1.6 engine I'm afraid.  I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see 
where there's much other possibilities.
  I actually might have a couple of hubcaps/wheel covers for your 
Dasher.  Depends on what your look like and if I can find the ones 
I have to compare!
