[Vwdiesel] 81 Head Bolts

[Rudy]

I would have noticed when I cleaned it if the surface was cut that much.
Logic tells me that someone probably drilled out the Bolt Holes on an 11mm
Head to fit 12mm Bolts and cut the washer lands too deep.

I know, that is exactly what I was thinking. The valves would be flush with
the bottom of the head!! But, it is possible, I guess.
