[Vwdiesel] unstuck rotor

I replaced a broken one once.  Just dug through my parts box and found a flathead screw a 
little bigger than the hole and then just ran a tap in there to make the hole the screw. 
In my case the hole in the hub body was stripped out, so a larger screw thread was just 
the ticket to fix it.  As noted, it helps when putting on wheels by keeping the lug bolt 
holes lined up.
