  We actually had a local shop/friend do it.  I'll ask Dad 
in a few minutes when I go to borrow the truck, how much 
it all cost.  I think it was $500 or so.  The constantly failing 
pumps run about $300 said and done, maybe a bit less.  
  They drained down and dropped the tank out, replaced 
the sender, ran a wiring harness, removed and blocked the 
original pump too I'd assume.  I SAW the tank proceedings 
but not the rest of it.
