So, at least I'm not alone. I have to get mine rebuilt, and I thought the 
quote of $450 was out of line. At least it's not. I had one rebuilt about 
three years ago for $250 at the same place, but obviously things have 
changed. I'm in Oklahoma Cit, BTW. And, mine is leaking. More than it burns 
:(
