Caution, do not run the engine until this is investigated!

The oil pump is driven off the bottom end of the vacuum pump, and if the
vacuum pump is stuck, there will be no oil pressure..

It may be "frozzen" from being idle for a while. It's easy 1 bolt removal to
see if it turns freely.
Vanes may be sticking. Rock its shaft back and forth gently and it will come
free.
Make sure its tab is properly aligned with the slot in the oil pump shaft on
re-assembly.

Since the iintermediate shaft is only run by friction on the bacck of the
timing belt, it may bee slipping on the pulley. Can you turn the shaft by hand?

Have you properly tensioned the timing belt since changing it?
If its loose, it wont drive the oil pump and vacuum pump.

Sandy
