[Vwdiesel] Eco Diesel conversion to non eco?

What is the main difference between the eco and a
regular turbo diesel engine?  Is it just a smaller
turbo and the nonspaceship pump?

Could I make an eco engine into a "normal" engine
simply by replacing the turbo and pump?
