[Vwdiesel] Back home from Carlisle

Hi Tony
	Besides being a VW Rabbit pickup freak I also am into Audi's. I use
the Audi's mostly for winter cars. I have an Audi 87 4000 quattro, an 88
5000 Quattro Avant, and a 1983 UrQ turbo Quattro Coupe that I have stripped
and almost ready to paint. With fuel cost now I am running a 1981 1.6 diesel
Dasher station wagon with Quantum 5 speed tranny, and a 1981 VW rabbit
pickup with a 1,6 diesel.

The Club is ACNA, and they are the ones that organized Audi at Carlisle this

year. I don't belong, but they are also members of the other communities. As

for the other mailing lists, yes, I'm on the Audifans Quattro, 200 20V, UrQ,

and V8 lists, and Audiworld 4000 and 5000/V8 lists as well. Been an Audi nut

for about 17 years, so I'm pretty well versed :)

Thank you for the info, though.

On a side note, there were a bunch of Citroen's at the show as well. 
Probably about 30-40. After seeing their complicated hydraulic systems, I'm 
glad I've never had the "privelege" of working on one. They are very cool as

far as stying and interior layout are concerned, though. WAY ahead of their 
time!!
