[Vwdiesel] Head lights 91 Jetta

Just wanted to relay a little info on my headlights to the group, I put in
the Sylvania Silver Star bulbs and that helped some, what made a huge
difference is when I installed the headlight relay harness I got from Roger.
Man what a difference that made in the brightness of my head light. I
actually got flashed a few times from on coming traffic, something that
never happened before. Also the road signs are brighter now.   Just a little
info in case someone else is looking for a brighter setup and don't want to
spend a bunch of money.
