[Vwdiesel] Head gasket thickness

No, don't stack head gaskets to try to fix a warped head.
The notches (gasket thickness) correspond to a measurement you do after
the pistons are installed.
A head gasket will not over-compress in the area where the head is
warped "down" to compensate for the are where there is not enough
sealing becuase it is warped up. I know what you are trying to
accomplish, but it's not a valve cover, it's a cylinder head that holds
a whole lot of pressure, and it needs to be flat to seal.
