[Vwdiesel] Head gasket thickness

I've heard it said that the best thing to do when replacing a head gasket is
to just go ahead and get the three-notcher. As you said, Loren, the CR
won't change that much, but the chances of losing the gasket or smacking a
valve a decreased. Seemed reasonable to me, so that's what I've done.

BTW: I just bought a milling machine, and my first project will be a 1.6
head.
