[Vwdiesel] Still chasing an air leak, only there now when engine is hot

[82 Diesel Westy]

So, my fuel line air leak is only there when the motor
is warmed up, when starting cold and for the first 5
minutes or so around town, no stumble, no bubbles.
But, when the engine compartment is heated up, the
bubbles slowly come back.

Conclution.
My air leak is being caused by heat expansion and the
source is somewhere in the engine compartment??

Anyone agree or not?
