[Vwdiesel] 97 TDI Chip and NYS Inspection

Well, as far as I know, inspections won't be a problem in NY with a  
chipped ECU, diesel cars and light trucks just get a basic safety  
inspection, {$10} of course if you live in NYC that may be different,  
they are kinda weird down there. Never once had a sniffer test done on  
mine or my buddies dodge diesels.
