[Vwdiesel] Error Code P0380

The cause of your problem is the glow plug harness.  More than  
likely, it's built up a lot of corrosion over the years.

Whenever i get this problem, I pull the harness and spray some  
penetrating oil in each of the holes.  I then reseat the harness,  
have the code reset, and the problem disappears for about 6 months.   
The real answer is to get a new harness for ~$35.
